Costume Details: This costume is a mascot of the Vancouver City Police.  He's friendly to all but the bad guys, and he wants nothing better than to ensure children and their parents are safe.  When you come to a road, this mascot wants children to remember to look left and right before crossing!  This friendly dog has a black-tipped muzzle and his ears are slightly pink inside.

The bottom photo has been provided by the Vancouver Police during a traffic safety presentation held at a local mall.  Inside the costume is an actual police constable!
